All Athletes will need to have a Physical or Alt Year Card, Impact test (Concussion Screening which is done every 2 years), and the online registration completed to practice and play. No exceptions.

2025-26 Online Registration Instructions
Please follow the steps below to complete the 2025-26 online registration:

Click the link online registration to access the registration portal.

In the top right-hand corner, click the “Login” button.

Select “For Families/Students” from the options.

On the next screen, look for the “Log in to your account” section.

At the bottom of that section, click “If you don’t have an account, sign up.”

Follow the prompts to create your account and begin registration for the 2025-26 school year.
