This March, we are celebrating National Athletic Director Appreciation Month by honoring our very own Dale Rosen (A.D.) and Carrie Blanchard (AD Assistant).
Managing an athletic department is a massive undertaking. From navigating complex state regulations, balancing WIAA budgets, hiring coaches, managing officials, coordinating travel, to maintaining facility schedules, Dale and Carrie do it all. They oversee home game logistics—including security and medical personnel—while ensuring our student-athletes excel both on the field and in the classroom.
Thank you both for your leadership, your long weekends, and the late nights behind the scenes that keep us running, and always putting the kids first. We are so grateful for everything you do!
