From discussions to role play, our students learned vital skills such as effective communication, empathy, leadership, and setting healthy boundaries. These are essential skills that will not only help them support their fellow students but also prepare them for future careers and personal growth.

Mrs. Shanes' 4th graders spent time with their 1st-grade buddies in Mrs. Hoyt's classroom, and this time, they added some fun games to the mix!
Our older students led their partners through fun activities, reinforcing reading skills, building vocabulary, and making learning feel like play.
It’s truly wonderful to see our students connecting across grade levels, building confidence, and proving that learning is the best game of all!
A huge thank you to Mrs. Shanes and Mrs. Hoyt for coordinating such a creative and valuable activity!

Students in Mrs. Hunter's Foods class have been diving into yeast breads - and what better way to learn than by making their own pizza dough?
Chase Dimler showed some impressive dough-tossing skills as he practiced stretching the dough. Students also explored other yeast-based recipes, including homemade pretzels, cinnamon roll bites, and garlic knots.

As we observe American Education Week, we want to shine a special spotlight on the incredible contributions of our entire school support staff!
They are the essential backbone of our district, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and successfully every single day.
A massive THANK YOU to our:
Paraprofessionals and Jr. Warrior Staff who provide crucial student support.
Office Staff who manage countless daily operations.
Custodian Crews who keep our facilities safe and clean.
Bus Drivers who transport our students safely morning and afternoon.
Cafeteria and Nutrition Staff who provide healthy meals and fuel for learning.
Nurse and Health Aides who care for our students' well-being.
Your dedication, compassion, and hard work make all the difference in our students' lives. We simply couldn't do it without you!
