Earth Day Plant Challenge! The elementary students planted seeds on Earth Day in April. We'd love to see just how tall those sunflowers have grown! Send a picture of your child and their sunflower (with its measurement if possible) to Mrs. Meyer at mmeyer@clwarriors.org by September 1st! Pictures will be posted on the CL District Facebook page after the start of school.

Hi Everyone! My name is Katelyn Hendren and I live in Cumberland, WI with my three children and my dog Teej. In our free time, we enjoy going to the library and having different fun outings usually involving lunch and a bookstore visit. Stilwater, MN is a favorite regular of ours. Personally, I love reading, coffee and listening to music. You might regularly find me drinking coffee while perusing a bookstore or thrift shopping. I will be teaching 6th Grade ELA and Social Studies here at Clear Lake. Something interesting about me is that I hold a BA in English Literature and got my Masters Degree in Secondary Teaching within the last two years. I am delighted to be a Warrior and part of the Clear Lake family!

Hi Everyone! My name is Jaden Werner and I live in Baldwin, Wisconsin. I love to read, hang out with friends and family, go shopping (target and TJ MAXX specifically), and go to the lake. I will be teaching second grade here at Clear Lake. Something interesting about me is that I hate fish (alive or cooked) and I love Adam Sandler movies. I am THRILLED to be a Warrior and part of the Clear Lake family!

Happy 2026-2027 Team! I am Amy Manly from Frederic. My husband, Scott, and I have 3 children who are mostly grown now. We enjoy nature, so we hike, backpack, and camp often. I am the cheerleader for my rock climbing and unicycle-riding family members. I enjoy crafting with paper and yarn (card making, crochet, and tatting). Hello, My name is Amber Miner. I am a 2012 graduate from Clear Lake. I am excited to be coming back to teach 5th grade. When I'm not teaching, chances are you will find me at a sporting event or Kate's Coffee Koop. I enjoy spending time with family, baking, and reading. Hi everyone! My name is Norah Lynch and I live in New Richmond, WI. I recently graduated this past December from the University of River Falls and it will be my first year teaching. I enjoy working out, being outdoors with friends and family, fishing, reading and I have two dogs. I will be teaching 4th grade here at Clear Lake. I am excited to be a warrior and part of the Clear Lake family!

Hi Everyone! My name is Amber Glaser, and I am excited to be teaching Special Education at the Clear Lake Elementary. Before joining Clear Lake, I taught in Amery for four years after graduating from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. I live just outside of Clear Lake with my boyfriend, Mike, and his two wonderful children, Lucas and Ally. Outside of school, you’ll often find me visiting a local coffee shop, browsing a farmers market, or spending weekends at the ball field. One fun fact about me is that I love cleaning and enjoy growing houseplants. I look forward to getting to know all of my students and their families this school year!

Here’s the schedule for Monday:

🏈 MS Football: 8:00–10:30 AM at the HS
🏐 HS Volleyball: 3:30–6:30 PM at the HS
Parent Meeting: 6:00 PM
🏐 MS Volleyball: 3:30–5:30 PM at the Elementary Gym
🏃‍♀️ Cross Country: 6:00 PM at the HS
Parent Meeting: 7:00 PM

📋 Important Eligibility Reminder:
In order for your child to participate in practice, all eligibility forms must be completed.

📍 LOCATION CHANGE: The scrimmage was previously scheduled for Clayton, but due to current field conditions, it has been moved to Prairie Farm.

⏰ Scrimmage starts at 4:00 PM.

20 Years to the Day! 🎓✨

Today marks an incredible milestone for the School District of Clear Lake as we proudly congratulate District Administrator Chris Petersen on exactly 20 years of dedicated service to our schools and community.

Chris has spent two decades fostering a positive, successful learning environment for our students. His leadership footprint spans across our entire district, beginning exactly 20 years ago today as the Jr/Sr High Principal (2006–2012), before serving a decade as Elementary Principal (2012–2022), and ultimately stepping into the role of District Administrator (2022–Present).

We are deeply grateful for his steady guidance, vision, and long-term commitment to our school community.
